Die Hepart Group ist eine mittelständische Unternehmensgruppe mit Sitz in Kreuzlingen. Seit 1983 entwickeln und produzieren wir individuelle Mikronährstoffmischungen sowie diätetische Präparate und Nahrungsergänzungsmittel. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und zahlenaffine Persönlichkeit für unsere Buchhaltung.

Deine Aufgaben: • Führen der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung • Fakturierung und Kontrolle von Rechnungen • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs • Mahnwesen und Bewirtschaftung der offenen Posten • Kontrolle und Abrechnung von Beratungsleistungen • Mithilfe bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen • Mithilfe bei Mwst. - Abrechnungen • Abstimmungen und allgemeine buchhalterische Arbeiten • Pflege von ERP-Stammdaten • Diverse Administrative Aufgaben und Ablage

Dein Profil: • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung • Selbstständige, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Freude an Zahlen, Strukturen und administrativen Prozessen • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel • Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Buchhaltungssoftware Abacus erforderlich • Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen von Vorteil (z. Bsp. SB Rechnungswesen)
