Unsere Kundin ist ein renommiertes Schweizer Architekturbüro mit zentraler in Zürich. Für das kleine Administrations\-Team suchen wir aktuell eine erfahrene, zuverlässige Persönlichkeit für die Buchhaltung und Administration. Diese Stelle richtet sich besonders an Personen, die nach einer stabilen Teilzeitstelle mit klaren Aufgaben, festen Zeiten und Präsenzarbeit suchen.

Sachbearbeiter:in Rechnungswesen inkl. Rechnungsstellung \& Administration (50%) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mit der Stelle verbinden sich die folgenden Aufgabenstellungen:

  • Rechnungsstellung an Kund:innen nach Zahlungsplänen
  • Debitoren\- \& Kreditorenbuchhaltung: Bearbeitung von Eingangs\- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Allgemeine Schnittstellenfunktion zum Treuhänder
  • Abrechnung von Spesen
  • Erfassen der Debitoren in der Liquiditätsplanung
  • Empfang von Kund:innen, Telefonbedienung und Bearbeitung der Post
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten und Sicherstellung der Büroordnung
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumenten und Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch

Wen wir suchen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder langjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter:in Rechnungswesen o.Ä. von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung und Administration, idealerweise in einem KMU
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1\), gute Englischkenntnisse (B1\-B2\)
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte, genaue und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
  • Zahlenaffinität
  • Freude an Routine, klaren Abläufen und Präsenzarbeit
  • Geduld im Umgang mit teils noch analogen Prozessen

Rahmenbedingungen:

  • Pensum: 50% (Montag und Dienstag fix)
  • Präsenzstelle (kein Homeoffice)
