Sachbearbeiter/in Regionaler Sozialdienst (50-60%) ##

Deine Aufgaben

Deine Hauptaufgabe ist der Telefon- und Schalterdienst. Du bist unser Dreh- und Angelpunkt und stellst einen freundlichen und professionellen Erstkontakt sicher. Du übernimmst dabei die Verantwortung, dass der Schalter- und Telefondienst sowie die administrativen Abläufe im Bereich reibungslos funktionieren und die jeweiligen Dienste zuverlässig abgedeckt sind. Zum weiteren Aufgabengebiet gehören die tägliche Postbearbeitung und die Unterstützung des Teams im Backoffice, u.a. mit Digitalisieren der Dokumente, exaktes Erfassen der Daten im Fallführungssystem KLIBnet sowie Einreichen von Arztrechnungen bei Krankenkassen. Du wirst unterstützt von einem Praktikanten oder einer Praktikantin, welche/n du auch einarbeitest und fachlich betreust.

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundbildung und idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sozialhilfe, Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich. Du bist es gewohnt, selbständig zu arbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen und verfügst über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz im Umgang mit Menschen. Du bist eine einsatzbereite und belastbare Persönlichkeit und bringst Humor und Begeisterung für die Arbeit auf einem Sozialdienst mit.
