Ihr vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet ####

  • Schadenfälle aus Sach-, Haftpflicht- und Reiseversicherung prüfen, beurteilen und bearbeiten
  • Haftungs-, Deckungs- und Leistungsfragen klären sowie Schadenleistungen berechnen
  • Dienstleistungspartner und interne wie externe Anspruchsgruppen koordinieren
  • Kunden, Geschädigte, Fachstellen und weitere Stakeholder lösungsorientiert begleiten
  • Bei Projekten und der Weiterentwicklung von Schadenprozessen und Systemen mitwirken

Ihr überzeugendes Profil ####

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung in der Versicherungsbranche oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Schadenbearbeitung im Nicht-Leben-Bereich, idealerweise Sach- und Haftpflichtversicherung
  • Sicherheit in Haftungs-, Deckungs- und Leistungsbeurteilungen
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch sowie weitere Schweizer Landessprachen von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie lösungsorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
