Sachbearbeiter/in "Sales Support und Empfang" Die Thommen\-Furler AG ist schweizerischer Marktführer in der Distribution von Basischemikalien, Schmierstoffen, chemischen Spezialitäten und Umwelttechnik sowie der Entsorgung und dem Recycling von Industrie\- und Sonderabfällen. Das Unternehmen steht für einen sorgenfreien, aber nicht sorglosen Umgang mit Chemikalien, Schmierstoffen, Industrie\- und Sonderabfällen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir am Standort in Rüti bei Büren einen Sachbearbeiter/in "Sales Support und Empfang" Ihre Aufgaben: Führen der allgemeinen Sekretariatsarbeiten zur Unterstützung des Verkaufs\-Aussendienstes sowie des Vertrags\- und Protokollwesens; Erstellen und Pflegen von Statistiken und Auswertungen; Verwalten der Kundenstammdaten mittels ERP\-System «JD Edwards E1»; Verwalten von Büromaterial und Drucksachen; Prüfen und Kontieren von Kreditoren\- sowie Spesenabrechnungen; Mithilfe bei der praktischen Ausbildung der kaufmännischen Lernenden im Sales Support; Mithilfe und Vertretung am Empfang bei Abwesenheiten. Sie bringen mit: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsbildung oder adäquate Ausbildung mit einem Flair für Sekretariatsarbeiten; Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Aufgabe in einem kundenorientierten Arbeitsumfeld (z.B. einem Empfangsbereich, Telefonzentrale, etc.) Gute Anwender\-Kenntnisse der MS Office\-Palette (insbesondere Word, Excel) sowie im Umgang mit einem ERP\-System, JD Edwards E1 von Vorteil; Stilsicheres Deutsch oder ösisch in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in der jeweils anderen Sprache; Englisch und Italienisch von Vorteil; Selbstständige, flexible, belastbare Persönlichkeit mit gewissenhafter, speditiver Arbeitsweise und offener Haltung gegenüber Neuem.
