Als moderne Nonprofit-Organisation fördern und unterstützen wir aktiv die Selbständigkeit und Lebensqualität der Seniorinnen und Senioren mit zahlreichen Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Beratung und Finanzen, Hilfestellungen zu Hause sowie im Bildungs- und Sportbereich.

Sachbearbeiter:in - Schwerpunkt Intake und Soziales ##

Ein Team von drei Sachbearbeitenden teilt sich die anfallenden Aufgaben vom Erstkontakt und der Triage bis zur Erfassung mittels Software und der Weiterbearbeitung in den verschiedenen Fachbereichen. Zur spezifischen Unterstützung der Sozialarbeitenden fallen folgende Aufgaben an:

  • Sie sind erste Ansprechperson für neue Klientinnen und Klienten der Sozialberatung, sei das am Telefon, Schalter oder per E-Mail (Durchführung Intake)
  • Sie unterstützen unsere Sozialarbeitenden bei administrativen Aufgaben, z.B. Vorbereitung von Finanzierungsgesuchen, Gesuche um Steuererlass für die Klientel
  • Sie sind Teil des Sachbearbeitungsteams, welches sich gegenseitig bei allgemeinen Aufgaben wie Posteingang, Schalter- und Telefondienst, u.ä. unterstützt
  • Anstellung nach der Personal- und Besoldungsverordnung des Kantons Schwyz

  • Eingehende Telefonanrufe bringen Sie neben der täglichen Arbeit nicht aus der Ruhe
  • Respektvolle, geduldig und empathische Kommunikation am Telefon mit Klientinnen und Klienten

Sie bringen mit ###

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Kenntnisse des Sozialversicherungsrechts, vorzugsweise mit fachspezifischer Weiterbildung
  • Erfahrung in Sachbearbeitung von Vorteil
  • Sehr guter und sicherer Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen (Office, MS 365, Geras)
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
