Sachbearbeiter\*in Schwerpunkt Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz (KES) 80% ##

Der polyvalente Regionale Sozialdienst Hindelbank und Umgebung (RSHi) erfüllt für die Sitzgemeinde Hindelbank und die vertraglich angeschlossene Gemeinde Krauchthal die Aufgaben der gesetzlichen Sozialhilfe (SH) und führt Mandate im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz (KES). Das Team des Sozialdienstes besteht aus fünf Sozialarbeitenden und drei Sachbearbeitenden. Auf dem polyvalenten Sozialdienst werden knapp 250 Dossiers in den Bereichen SH und KES geführt.

Das sind Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Sie nehmen als erste Kontaktperson am Empfang telefonische, schriftliche und persönliche Anliegen und Anfragen von Klient:innen entgegen, bearbeiten diese oder leiten diese weiter.
  • Sie arbeiten mit den fallführenden Sozialarbeitenden zusammen und unterstützen diese administrativ (Korrespondenz, Dokumentation und Datenpflege).
  • Sie tragen die administrative Verantwortung im Fachbereich KES.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für den Zahlungsverkehr und die Klient:innenenbuchhaltung im Erwachsenenschutz.
  • Sie kontrollieren und kontieren Rechnungen und Gutschriften.
  • Sie tätigen Abklärungen zu sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Ansprüchen. Zudem sind Sie die Kontaktperson zu Aussenstellen wie der Steuerverwaltung, den Krankenkassen und Banken.
  • Sie sind erste Ansprechperson für PriMas (Private Mandattragende).
  • Sie vertreten Ihre Teammitglieder bei Abwesenheiten

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • KV Ausbildung
  • Arbeitserfahrung auf einem Sozialdienst oder einer Gemeindeverwaltung und/oder in der Buchhaltung
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
  • Freude am direkten Umgang mit Menschen
  • Wenn möglich Kenntnisse mit KLIBnet
  • Freude und Bereitschaft, in einem kleinen Team fachlich wie persönlich Verantwortung zu übernehmen
