Für unseren Flagshipstore in Hochdorf LU suchen wir eine erfolgsorientierte Person (w/m/d) als Sachbearbeiter/in Service und Verkauf Innendienst Hochdorf LU 80 – 100% Deine Aufgaben Du verantwortest die reibungslose und kundenorientierte Abwicklung sämtlicher Garantie\- und Serviceanliegen im deutschsprachigen In\- und Ausland – mit hohem Qualitäts\- und Lösungsanspruch. Als zentrale Ansprechperson im Innendienst beratest und betreust du unsere Kunden sowie Händler telefonisch und schriftlich und bearbeitest Service\- und Offertanfragen bis zur Auftragsfreigabe. Du erstellst und prüfst die erforderlichen CAD\-Zeichnungen sowie technischen Unterlagen für die Auftragsbearbeitung. Die gesamte Auftragsabwicklung und Administration führst du effizient im ERP\-System Borm durch. Du stellst eine professionelle Nachbetreuung sicher und trägst aktiv zu einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit bei. Was du mitbringst Berufsausbildung als Schreiner/in oder Sanitärinstallateur/in Abgeschlossene technische/kaufmännische Weiterbildung z.B. als Technischer /\-frau, Sanitärplaner/in oder ähnliches Freude an der Beratung sowie an der ursachenorientierten Analyse und Lösungsfindung Kommunikativ in Deutsch auf Augenhöhe mit unseren Privat\- sowie Geschäftskunden Planerisches und zeichnerisches Verständnis (CAD\-Kenntnisse) Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Was dich bei uns erwartet Finanzielle Unterstützung bei Aus\- und Weiterbildung Junges und dynamisches Team Grosszügiges Büro mit modernen Arbeitsmittel Gratis Parkplatz / Bushaltestelle vor der Haustüre Offene und transparente Unternehmenskultur Bei Fragen zur Stelle ist Frau Vivian , Verantwortliche Personalwesen unter der Telefon\-Nummer erreichbar.
