Der Frauenbund Schweiz ist mit 100-000 Mitgliedern der grösste konfessionelle Frauenverband der Schweiz. Er setzt sich für Gleichstellung, gesellschaftliche Teilhabe und Solidarität ein. Mit dem Solidaritätsfonds für Mutter und Kind (SOFO) unterstützen wir Frauen und Familien in finanziellen Notlagen in der ganzen Schweiz.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n

Sachbearbeiter:in Solidaritätsfonds für Mutter und Kind (SOFO) 50-60 %

Ihre vielfältigen Aufgaben umfassen insbesondere:

  • Prüfung, Bearbeitung und Vorabklärung von Unterstützungsanfragen aus der Deutschschweiz, der Romandie und dem Tessin
  • Kontakt und Zusammenarbeit mit Gesuchstellerinnen, Beratungsstellen, Sozialdiensten und weiteren Fachpersonen  
  • Vorbereitung der Gesuchsunterlagen zuhanden der SOFO-Kommission
  • Nachbearbeitung der Entscheide, Korrespondenz sowie Organisation der Auszahlungen
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Gesuchsverwaltung und Statistik
  • Organisation, Vorbereitung und Protokollführung der monatlichen Kommissionssitzungen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Berichten und Kennzahlen für Budgetierung, Jahresberichte und Fundraising
  • Mitarbeit bei Spendenaktionen und bei der Gewinnung von finanziellen Mitteln für den Fonds
  • Beobachtung sozialpolitischer und sozialrechtlicher Entwicklungen mit Relevanz für die Arbeit des SOFO

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Ausbildung im sozialen, kaufmännischen oder verwandten Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung, Sozialarbeit, Sozialversicherung oder in einem vergleichbaren Arbeitsfeld
  • Verständnis für soziale Fragestellungen und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen, Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Dialogfähigkeiten sowie ein respektvoller und empathischer Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Französischkenntnisse. Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Arbeitsinstrumenten
  • Freude an administrativen Aufgaben sowie an der sorgfältigen Aufbereitung von Unterlagen und Daten
