Aufgrund der Beförderung der bisherigen Stelleninhaberin suchen wir für die Abteilung Soziales, Bereich Administration, per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine versierte und sozial kompetente Persönlichkeit als

Sachbearbeiter/in Soziales 70 % - 80 % ##

Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz

(Pensum: 70 % bis 31.12.2026, ab 01.01.2027 80 %)

Die Abteilung Soziales ist ein polyvalenter Gemeindesozialdienst. Die rund 21 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter bieten ein breites Spektrum an Unterstützungs- und Beratungsdienstleistungen an: Abklärung und Mandatsführung im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz, wirtschaftliche Sozialhilfe (materielle und immaterielle), Elternschaftsbeihilfe, Alimenteninkasso und -bevorschussung, Pflegekinderwesen, Erstellung von Unterhaltsverträgen sowie Führung der SVA-Zweigstelle.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erledigung der administrativen Arbeiten für die fallführenden Berufsbeistandspersonen im Tandemmodell
  • Selbständiges Führen der Klientenbuchhaltung im KLIB
  • Bearbeitung der Gesundheitskosten im Rahmen der Beistandschaft
  • Inventarisierung und Periodische Berichtserstellung
  • Abklärungen und Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und Ämtern

Ihre Voraussetzungen

  • Berufslehre Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ, vorzugsweise Branche öffentliche Verwaltung
  • Buchhalterische sowie sozialversicherungsrechtliche Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office, KLIB)
  • Einsatzfreude, Belastbarkeit und vor allem Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
