Die Gemeindeverwaltung Birsfelden ist ein modern geführtes Dienstleistungsunternehmen, das vielfältige Aufgaben für rund 10‘500 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner erbringt.

In der Abteilung Finanzen suchen wir für unser Steuerteam per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Sachbearbeiter/in Steuern (80 \- 100%, m/w/d) =============================================

In dieser Funktion sind sie als operatives Bindeglied zwischen der Einwohnerschaft und dem kantonalen Steueramt tätig. Sie sorgen dafür, dass die Steuern fair, gesetzeskonform und termingerecht erhoben werden können, damit die Gemeinde u. a. ihre öffentlichen Aufgaben finanzieren kann. Sie schätzen den Austausch mit der Bevölkerung und haben ein ausgeprägtes Flair für Zahlen.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind:

  • Veranlagung der Steuererklärung von unselbstständig Erwerbenden
  • Beantwortung von Fragen der Bevölkerung sowie Übernahme von Schalter\- und Telefondiensten
  • Abwicklung von Korrespondenzen mit Steuerpflichtigen und Ämtern
  • Unterstützung und Mithilfe bei der Ausbildung von Lernenden
  • Verschiedene administrative Arbeiten wie Mutationen verarbeiten, archivieren von Steuerakten, u. a.

Für diese Tätigkeit bringen Sie gerne mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre vorzugsweise auf einer öffentlichen Verwaltung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie einige Jahre Berufspraxis im Steuerwesen
  • Engagement, Flexiblität sowie eine zuverlässige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch (schriftlich und mündlich), gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Exakte Arbeitsweise und hohe Selbstständigkeit sowie Kundenorientierung
  • Gute ICT\-Kenntnisse (MS\-Office und Innosolv)
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Belastbarkeit
