Sachbearbeiter:in Technischer Kundendienst m/w 100 % (Elektromonteur, Radio\-/TV\-Elektriker) Ihre Aufgaben Sie beraten unsere Kundschaft zu Türkommunikationsanlagen am Telefon in allen technischen Belangen (Offertanfragen, Anlageproblemen, Bestellungen) auf Deutsch und ösich. Sie erarbeiten Lösungen für neue Aufgabenstellungen, bearbeiten Spezialaufträge und erstellen technische Unterlagen (Installations\-Schemas, mechanische Zeichnungen und Begleitpapiere). Sie unterstützen die Kollegen im Aussendienst bei Projektausarbeitungen und fördern eine optimale Zusammenarbeit mit den internen wie externen Stellen. Sie arbeiten vor allem gerne in einem Team, aber auch selbstständig, termingerecht und exakt. Damit Sie diese Aufgaben effizient erledigen können, haben Sie eine elektrotechnische Grundausbildung als Elektromonteur oder Multimedia Elektroniker/ Radio\-TV\-Elektriker abgeschlossen. Eine Nasenlänge sind Sie voraus, wenn Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Netzwerktechnik (VoIP) gemacht haben und Sie sich gerne in diesem Bereich weiterbilden möchten. Anforderungsprofil Sie haben eine abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung Sie sind kommunikativ und mögen den telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenkontakt Sie bewahren auch in der Hektik des Alltags einen kühlen Kopf Sie bevorzugen die Arbeit im und mit einem Team Sie sind selbstständiges, effizientes Arbeiten gewohnt, ohne das Team und andere Bereiche aus den Augen zu verlieren Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS\-Office Tools, ERP\- und CAD\-Systeme Ihre Hauptsprache ist Deutsch und Sie verfügen über gute ösischkenntnisse Wirbieten fortschrittliche Anstellungsbedingungen und ein angenehmes Arbeitsklima zeitgerechte Infrastruktur Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten eine flache Hierarchie für kurze Entscheidungswege überobligatorische Sozialversicherungsleistungen und fünf Wochen Ferien sehr gute öV\-Anbindung (Bus\-Haltestelle «Strandbad» vor dem Haus) kostenlose Heissgetränke Sind Sie interessiert?
