  • Du bearbeitest selbstständig Unfallversicherungsfälle nach UVG. Abhängig von deiner bisherigen Erfahrung übernimmst du schrittweise auch anspruchsvollere Dossiers und erweiterst deine Entscheidungskompetenz.
  • Du führst Abklärungen durch, beschaffst die notwendigen Unterlagen und entscheidest über die Ausrichtung oder Ablehnung von Taggeld\-, Heilkosten\- und weiteren Versicherungsleistungen.
  • Du prüfst medizinische Berichte und Rechnungen im Hinblick auf die versicherungsrechtliche Leistungspflicht und veranlasst bei Bedarf ergänzende Abklärungen.
  • Du stehst täglich im Austausch mit Versicherten, Arbeitgebern, Ärzten, Therapeuten, Anwälten und Sozialversicherungen.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an einer effizienten, kundenorientierten und qualitativ hochwertigen Fallführung.

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (EFZ) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Leistungsfällen nach UVG ist von Vorteil.
  • Du verfügst über stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und kannst dich auch auf ösisch gut verständigen.
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und selbstständig Lösungen zu erarbeiten.
  • Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
  • Gute Analysefähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, auch komplexe Situationen nachvollziehbar zu beurteilen.
  • Motivation, dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und Neues zu lernen.
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und eine positive Einstellung.
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen.

  • gères de manière autonome des dossiers d'assurance\-accidents selon la LAA. Selon ton expérience, tu prends progressivement en charge des dossiers plus complexes et développes ainsi ta capacité de décision.
  • effectues des investigations, obtiens les documents nécessaires et décides de l’octroi ou du refus d’indemnités journalières, de frais médicaux et d’autres prestations d’assurance.
  • examines les rapports médicaux et les factures pour vérifier leur conformité avec la législation d’assurance, et tu procèdes si besoin à des clarifications complémentaires.
  • es en contact quotidien avec des assurés, employeurs, médecins, thérapeutes, avocats et assurances sociales.
  • Participation active à une gestion de dossiers efficace, orientée client et de haute qualité.
  • Aucun dossier ne se ressemble : un travail varié t’attend avec beaucoup d’autonomie et des défis passionnants.

Ce que tu apportes:

  • Une formation commerciale (CFC) ou une qualification équivalente.
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans le traitement de dossiers de prestations selon la LAA sont un avantage.
  • maîtrises parfaitement l’allemand à l’oral et à l’écrit, et tu peux également bien communiquer en français (B2\).
  • prends plaisir à assumer des responsabilités et à élaborer des solutions de manière autonome.
  • Un mode de travail structuré, fiable et rigoureux.
  • De bonnes capacités d’analyse ainsi que la capacité à évaluer de manière compréhensible des situations complexes.
  • Motivation à continuer à te développer et à apprendre de nouvelles choses.
  • Esprit d’équipe, sens de l’initiative et attitude positive.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication ainsi que la capacité à établir des relations de confiance, même dans des situations exigeantes.
