Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantworten der kunden-, fach- und termingerechten Bearbeitung von Geschäftsfällen im Zusammenhang mit Eröffnungen, Saldierungen und Karten von natürlichen Personen
  • Bearbeiten von Fraud- und Schadenfällen im Zusammenhang mit Debitkarten und Weiterentwickeln zur Fachperson in diesem Gebiet
  • Sicherstellen des Exception Handlings, einschliesslich Whitelist-Verwaltung, Partner Matching und Name Matching
  • Agieren als Fachspezialist:in im Kerngeschäft und Unterstützen der Privatkundenberatenden der Gesamtbank
  • Erkennen von Optimierungspotenzialen in unseren Prozessen und aktives Vorantreiben von entsprechenden Verbesserungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Banklehre (EFZ) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung in der Finanzbranche
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bank- oder Finanzbranche, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Kundenbetreuung und Verarbeitungstätigkeiten
  • Flair im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen IT-Applikationen sowie gute MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Kontakt mit unserer Kundschaft sowie mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; jede weitere Sprache ist ein Pluspunkt
