Wir sind ein führendes und erfolgreiches Handelsunternehmen in der Edelstahlbranche, mit Sitz in der Nähe Zürich\-Paradeplatz, beschäftigen rund 150 Mitarbeitende und vertreten namhafte Edelstahlwerke in der Schweiz.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine teamorientierte, motivierte Persönlichkeit, mit Leidenschaft für den Verkauf \- idealerweise im Umfeld der Edelstahl\- oder Metallbranche. Du berätst unsere Kundinnen \& Kunden kompetent im Bereich Industriemetalle mit Schwerpunkt Edelstahl. Wenn Zuverlässigkeit, Effizienz sowie Belastbarkeit zu deinen Stärken gehören, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?

  • Aktives Betreuen und Beraten der Kundinnen \& Kunden im Bereich Edelstahl
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Kompetente, lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Erstellen, Verfolgen und Nachfassen von Angeboten
  • Laufendes Überwachen von verschiedenen Lieferterminen
  • Speditives Behandeln von Reklamationen \& Rücksendungen
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aussendienst
  • Erkennen von weiterem Marktpotential und Akquise von Neukunden
  • Regelmässiger Austausch von Markt\- und Produktinformationen mit dem zuständigen Produktleiter
  • Selbständiges Einkaufen von Zukäufen von Streckengeschäften

Was bringst du für diese Stelle mit?

  • Technische Grundausbildung oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit technischem Verständnis in Industriemetalle mit Schwerpunkt Edelstahl
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Handel \& in der Metallbranche
  • Hohe Affinität im Umgang mit IT\-Systemen ( MS Dynamics 365, CRM o.ä.), gute MS\-Office Kenntnisse; Excel zwingend
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Französisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, exakte und speditive Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
