Sachbearbeiter/in Verkauf Innendienst 100% (M/W)

Ihre Aufgaben:

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion sind Sie eine wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Kundschaft und begleiten Kundenaufträge von der Anfrage bis zur Rechnungsstellung. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Kundenbetreuung und \-beratung in deutscher, französischer und englischer Sprache
  • Betreuung und Bedienung unserer Kundschaft am Schalter
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Erstellung von Offerten
  • Selbstständige Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Rechnungsstellung
  • Erstellung von Verkaufspreiskalkulationen für Artikel ohne Lagerhaltung
  • Einkauf von Artikeln ohne Lagerhaltung
  • Koordination und Abwicklung von Lieferungen und Retoursendungen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Exportpapieren
  • Bearbeitung und Versand von Produktmustern
  • Betreuung der Kundschaft im Rahmen unseres 24\- bis 48\-Stunden\-Service
  • Pflege und Bearbeitung von produkt\- und kundenbezogenen Daten und Unterlagen

Das bringen Sie idealerweise mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst, in der Auftragsabwicklung oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Französischkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem ERP\-System
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick zu behalten
  • Kommunikative, aufgeschlossene und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
