Sachbearbeiter:in Verkauf Innendienst & Export 100%

Wir entwickeln und produzieren innovative High-Tech-Komponenten und -Systeme auf der Basis von Röntgen- und Hochfrequenztechnik. Unsere Entwicklungen liefern einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer sicheren, effizienten und nachhaltigen Produktion, Mobilität und Kommunikation.

 

In der Division Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) stellen wir spezialisierte Komponenten her, die für die präzise Steuerung von Plasmaprozessen erforderlich sind und bei der Produktion von Speicherchips oder Touchscreens für Sensoren, Smartphones oder Tablets eingesetzt werden.

 

Das wirst du tun: 

  • Verantwortung für die reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung von der Kundenanfrage bis zur termingerechten Lieferung
  • Koordination zwischen Kunden, Supply Chain sowie internen Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung der Lieferbereitschaft
  • Abwicklung internationaler Transporte inkl. Versand-, Zoll- und Exportprozesse (SAP GTS/AEB)
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen, Reklamationen und Retouren (RMA) sowie Pflege und Optimierung von Verkaufsstammdaten sowie Daten in Kundenportalen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Exportvorschriften und Richtlinien des -Bekannten Versenders-

 

Was du mitbringst: 

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst bzw. in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Erfahrung im Export und internationalen Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit SAP SD
