Ihre Aufgaben Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen Komplette Auftragsabwicklung von der Anfrage bis zum Versand der Produkte Terminüberwachung der Aufträge und Liefertermine in enger Absprache mit der Produktion Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen Kunden und unseren verschiedenen Abteilungen Beratung bestehender und neuer Kunden Projekte nach Vorgabe (Preislisten, Analysen, etc.) Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing Mithilfe Einkauf Verbrauchsmaterial Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse und der Dienstleistung Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in ähnlicher Position Kundenorientierte, proaktive, flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit positiver Einstellung Teamfähigkeit und Teamgeist steht bei Ihnen ganz oben Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte, exakte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Diskretion, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und gute Umgangsformen Sehr gute MS\-Office Kenntnisse v.a.
