Verstärken Sie unser Vertriebsteam und begleiten Sie unsere Kunden von der Anfrage bis zur Auslieferung.

Die Aafag AG ist ein Schweizer Unternehmen mit rund 85 Mitarbeitenden und vereint Entwicklungsdienstleistungen, Prüf- und Testgerätebau, Elektronikfertigung sowie End-of-Product-Life-Dienstleistungen unter einem Dach.

Unsere Verwaltung und der Vertrieb befinden sich in Diessenhofen (TG). Die Produktion erfolgt derzeit grösstenteils in Diessenhofen (TG) und wird im Laufe des Jahres 2027 mehrheitlich nach Kleinandelfingen (ZH) verlegt.

Sie sind gerne die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, behalten auch bei mehreren Aufträgen den Überblick und arbeiten gerne in einem technischen Umfeld? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Vertriebsteams und sorgen gemeinsam mit uns für eine zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Auftragsabwicklung.

IHRE HAUPTAUFGABEN • Aufträge erfassen, bearbeiten und Änderungen in Kundenbestellungen nachführen. • Angebote erstellen, verwalten und nachverfolgen. • Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden. • Reklamationen bearbeiten und kundenorientierte Lösungen koordinieren. • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten. • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Vertriebsinnendienst.

SIE BRINGEN MIT • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung. • Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst oder in der Auftragsabwicklung. • Kundenorientiertes Denken sowie ein Flair für technische Produkte. • Selbstständige, exakte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. • Teamfähigkeit und hohe Sozialkompetenz. • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. • Freude am Kundenkontakt und an einer engagierten Dienstleistung. • Eintritt nach Vereinbarung.
