Aufgabe ##

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind zuständig für die Ermittlung des Warenbedarfs sowie die Auslösung entsprechender Bestellungen im Bereich Service und Verschleissteile sowie Investitionsgüter.
  • Sie bearbeiten Verfügbarkeitsanfragen und führen Rückstandlisten.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Klärung von Mengendifferenzen und Transportschäden sowie falsch verpackten Artikeln und bearbeiten Garantiefälle.
  • Sie erfassen den Waren- und Gütertransfer und koordinieren diesen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Lager- und Transportlogistik.
  • Sie erteilen Terminauskünfte, übernehmen die Terminpflege sowie das Lieferantenmahnwesen und die Rechnungskontrolle.
  • Zudem pflegen Sie die Parameter für die Lagerbewirtschaftung im System und erledigen vielfältige administrative Arbeiten.
  • Sie überwachen elektronische Schnittstellen und koordinieren die Kommunikation bei Störungen.

Profil ##

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung oder haben eine Ausbildung im Autogewerbe absolviert.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Warendisposition ist von Vorteil.
  • Sie bringen gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office-Programme mit; SAP-Kenntnisse sind erwünscht.
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und speditiv.
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch setzen wir voraus. Gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie sind zeitliche flexibel und mobil (Abdeckung von Früh- oder Spätschicht in der Zeit von 6 bis 18.30 Uhr).
  • Sie haben eine Affinität zur Automobilbranche oder Interesse / Kenntnisse in Fahrzeugtechnik.
