Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest Garantie- und Lieferantenretouren von der Rücksendung bis zur finanziellen Klärung und stellst sicher, dass berechtigte Gutschriften und Forderungen gegenüber unseren Lieferanten vollständig realisiert werden.
  • Du organisierst internationale Transporte aus Asien und Europa per See-, Bahn-, Luft- und Strassenfracht und stellst gemeinsam mit unseren Speditionspartnern eine zuverlässige und termingerechte Abwicklung sicher.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Leiter Import/Export zusammen und übernimmst nach deiner Einarbeitung die fachliche Stellvertretung. Dabei koordinierst du unter anderem Bestellungen, Liefertermine, Zahlungen und die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Beschaffungspartnern in Asien.
  • Du koordinierst Import-, Export- und Verzollungsprozesse und arbeitest dabei eng mit den spezialisierten Fachstellen der Coop-Gruppe sowie unseren externen Partnern zusammen.
  • Du prüfst und plausibilisierst Transport- und Speditionsabrechnungen mit einem jährlichen Volumen im Millionenbereich und übernimmst wiederkehrende operative Abrechnungs- und Kontrollaufgaben zuverlässig und sorgfältig.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Categories, Lieferanten und Logistikpartnern zusammen, klärst Abweichungen eigenständig und bringst deine Ideen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer Warenflussprozesse ein.

Anforderungen

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische oder logistische Grundausbildung und bringst erste relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Du interessierst dich für internationale Warenflüsse, Logistik und Import/Export und möchtest dein Fachwissen in diesen Bereichen kontinuierlich ausbauen.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, arbeitest selbstständig und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Vorgängen, Terminen und finanziellen Themen den Überblick.
  • Du kommunizierst offen und verbindlich mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern, gehst offene Themen aktiv an und bleibst dran, bis eine tragfähige Lösung gefunden ist.
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit internationalen Transporten, Import/Export, SAP oder der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten sind von Vorteil - entscheidend sind für uns Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und ein gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und kannst dich mit unseren internationalen Partnern sicher auf Englisch verständigen.
