Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Eigenverantwortliche Auftragsabwicklung von der Angebotserstellung über die Auftragsbearbeitung bis hin zur Fakturierung
  • Kompetente Kundenberatung via Telefon, E-Mail oder persönlich vor Ort
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse
  • Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben zur effizienten Unterstützung des Teams
  • Sorgfältige Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten im ERP-System

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Innendienst sowie in der internationalen Auftragsabwicklung / Berufserfahrung in der Industrie,-Elektrobranche von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie eine selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
