Ihr Profil: - Ausgeprägte Verkaufs- und Kundenorientierung - Professionelles, empathisches und lösungsorientiertes Auftreten - Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kalkulation, Geologie und Rohstoffkunde - Erfahrung im internationalen Einkauf, Handel und in der Logistik - Verständnis für internationale Lieferketten, Normen und geopolitische Rahmenbedingungen - Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt - Strukturierte, analytische und selbständige Arbeitsweise - Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten - Zielstrebigkeit, Disziplin, Geduld und Verantwortungsbewusstsein - Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Eigenmotivation und Selbstreflexion - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
