Das erwartet dich ##

Als Teil der Mobi24 AG, einem Unternehmen der Gruppe Mobiliar, betreust und berätst du im Contact Center unsere Kundinnen und Kunden in aussergewöhnlichen Situationen und Notlagen.

Das bewirkst du bei uns ##

Du beantwortest Anrufe unserer Kundinnen und Kunden ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Generalagenturen der Mobiliar.

 

Unseren Kunden erteilst du einfach Auskünfte, führst Adressänderungen durch und leitest Rückrufwünsche an die Generalagenturen weiter. 

 

Schadenfälle nimmst du elektronisch auf und übernimmst weitere administrative Aufgaben.

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Laufendes Studium oder abgeschlossene Lehre
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeitund selbständige, kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen und teilweise kurzen Arbeitseinsätzenn (z.B. morgens, mittags, abends bis 20:30 Uhr sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen)
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Italienischkenntnisse. Zusätzliche solide Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Bei uns arbeiten ##

Dein Einsatz beginnt ab Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung und ist befristet auf ein Jahr, mit Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung. Das Arbeitspensum beträgt hierbei 30%. Während den Sommermonaten ist nach Vereinbarung auch ein höheres Arbeitspensum möglich.
