​ Was du machst:

  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Kundinnen und Kunden mit offenen Forderungen und stehst ihnen telefonisch im Inbound und Outbound kompetent zur Seite.
  • Du analysierst die Ursachen von Zahlungsrückständen und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden individuelle und nachhaltige Lösungen.
  • Du vereinbarst passende Zahlungspläne und unterstützt Kunden dabei, ihre finanzielle Situation zu stabilisieren.
  • Du beantwortest allgemeine Kundenanliegen professionell, lösungsorientiert und mit einem hohen Servicegedanken.
  • Du dokumentierst Kundengespräche und trägst zu einer effizienten Bearbeitung der Fälle bei.

Das bringst du mit:- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im kaufmännischen Umfeld oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion. - Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch und Französisch. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus. - Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke. - Hohe Serviceorientierung, Einfühlungsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen souverän zu agieren. - Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie eine ausgeprägte digitale Affinität.
