Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams in Pfungen ZH resp. Winterthur ZH suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Sachbearbeiter Lademittel, Schadenfälle und Gebäudemanagement 50% (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Volles Mitwirken im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Verwalten des Lademittel\-Controllings, Bearbeitung von Schadenfällen, Gebäudemanagement
  • Abstimmung der Lademittelsaldi mit Kunden und Partnern
  • Bearbeitung von Schadenfällen in Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden und Partnern
  • Gebäudemanagement, Instandhaltung, Beauftragung von Handwerkern
  • Pflege der Beziehungen zu Kunden, Partnern und Subunternehmern
  • Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit Disposition, Fahrerpersonal und Umschlagslager

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfahrung im Transport\- und Logistikbereich, Erfahrung im Lademittelmanagement und erste Erfahrungen in der Bearbeitung von Schadenfällen
  • Ausgeprägtes Kunden\- und Serviceverständnis
  • Gute Kommunikations\- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Excel Kenntnisse
