Dein Job – Verantwortung auf Augenhöhe

Du beherrschst die Luftfracht im Import und Export und möchtest nicht einfach nur abarbeiten, sondern selbstständig steuern, entscheiden und Verantwortung übernehmen?

Bei uns übernimmst du die eigenständige Abwicklung von Luftfrachtsendungen von A–Z und bringst dich als Allrounder auch in weitere Bereiche der Spedition ein. Kenntnisse in der Seefracht sind dabei von Vorteil.

Dich erwartet ein operatives Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen, direkter Kommunikation und viel Eigenverantwortung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Abwicklung von Luftfracht Import\- und Exportsendungen von A–Z
  • Organisation, Koordination und Überwachung internationaler Sendungen
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Transport\-, Import\-, Export\- und Zolldokumenten
  • Kommunikation mit Airlines, Handling Agents, Zollbehörden, Kunden und internationalen Partnern
  • Terminüberwachung sowie proaktive Problemlösung bei Abweichungen
  • Abrechnung und Kostenkontrolle
  • Organisation und Koordination von Fahrzeugen im Bereich Luftfracht
  • Organisation von Abholungen und Auslieferungen von Luftfrachtsendungen
  • Übernahme von Pikett\- und Schichtdiensten
  • Unterstützung bei Seefrachtprozessen von Vorteil

Dein Profil

Fachliche Voraussetzungen – zwingend

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition / Logistik
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Spedition nach Abschluss der Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Luftfracht Import und Export
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Speditionssoftware und MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Von Vorteil

  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Seefracht
  • Erfahrung als Allrounder in mehreren Speditionsbereichen
