DEINE AUFGABEN Du bist mitverantwortlich für den Bereich Kurzfristmiete und stellst eine reibungslose Abwicklung sicher Entgegennahme der Mietanfragen per Telefon und E\-Mail und deren selbstständig Bearbeitung von A–Z Erstellung von Angeboten, Verträgen, Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen Technische Aufnahme von Staplerfahrzeugen Erstellen von Werkstattaufträgen für Reparaturen Planung von saisonale Projektaufträge Koordination von Transportaufträgen Du fungierst als wichtige interne Schnittstelle rund um den Bereich STR Proaktive Unterstützung der Verkaufsabteilung DEIN PROFIL Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung Freude am Umgang mit technischen Produkten und ein gutes technisches Verständnis Sehr gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen Seht gute Deutsch (Muttersprache) und ösischkenntnisse (B2\), Englisch von Vorteil Proaktive, lösungsorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit Präzise, zuverlässig und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Der telefonische Kontakt mit Kunden und internen Stellen bereitet dir Freude Du verfügst über einen gültigen Führerausweis und ein eigenes Auto DEINE VORTEILE Wir bieten dir ein kollegiales und dynamisches Team sowie die Möglichkeit, sich in einem internationalen Unternehmen erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln.
