Das erwartet Dich: - Durchführung des Batch Record Reviews (Batchdokumentationsprüfung) für die Bereiche Granulierung, Tablettierung, Filmcoating und Verpackung sowie für GMP-Chargen im Entwicklungsbereich - Prüfung der Batchdokumentation gemäss GMP-Richtlinien und Einleitung notwendiger Korrektur- und Abweichungsmassnahmen - Selbstständige Organisation und Priorisierung der Dokumentationsreviews zur termingerechten Chargenfreigabe - Erstellung von Batch Manufacturing Reports (BMR) und Pflege der relevanten Dokumentation - Erhebung und Auswertung von Kennzahlen im Bereich Batchdokumentation - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP-, Sicherheits- und Umweltrichtlinien im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich - Meldung von Abweichungen sowie potenziellen Sicherheits- und Umweltrisiken - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualitätssicherung und weiteren Fachbereichen

Das zeichnet Dich aus: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im GMP-Umfeld (z. B. Pharmatechnologe, Chemielaborant oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im GMP-Umfeld sowie im Umgang mit Batchdokumentationen von Vorteil - Erfahrung in der Schulungskoordination oder in der Einarbeitung von Mitarbeitenden ist ein Plus - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Dokumentationssystemen - Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team - Fähigkeit, Wissen verständlich und adressatengerecht zu vermitteln - Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise - Organisationstalent sowie die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten flexibel und effizient zu setzen - Hohe Belastbarkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein und lösungsorientiertes Denken - Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Engagement
