Unter dem Motto -Alles aus einer Hand- bieten wir unseren Kunden eine breite Palette von Dienstleistungen rund um das Automobil an. Dazu zählen Um- und Einbauten, Reparaturen, Garantiearbeiten sowie Sonderausstattungen für verschiedene Importeure. Als verlässlicher Partner und Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Verkauf suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Team verstärkt.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Du betreust deine Kundenmandate selbstständig und bearbeitest Kundenaufträge im Neuwagenbereich in Eigenverantwortung
  • Organisation von Strassenverkehrszulassungen sowie die damit verbundenen administrativen Tätigkeiten im Bereich Neuwagen
  • Abstimmung und Koordination der Prozesse zwischen Verkauf und Produktion
  • Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für deine Mandate und Marken innerhalb des Unternehmens sowie den Kunden
  • Planung und Betreuung verschiedener Flottenprojekte (Dienstfahrzeuge, Sondermodelle, Sonderserien usw.)

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Automobilbereich oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, idealerweise ergänzt durch mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer kaufmännischen Funktion
  • Belastbare und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter und sorgfältiger Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung und professionellem Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und Begeisterung für den Neuwagenbereich
