Sachbearbeiter Personaladministration 60 \- 100% (m/w/d) ========================================================

Das ist dein Beitrag:

  • Du betreust und berätst deutsch\- und französischsprachige Mandate in sämtlichen Belangen der Personaladministration
  • Du begleitest den gesamten HR Life Cycle und übernimmst die administrative Abwicklung vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für personaladministrative Fragestellungen und sorgst für eine zuverlässige und termingerechte Bearbeitung der Anliegen
  • Du kümmerst dich um die korrekte Abwicklung der Sozialversicherungen und übernimmst die Kommunikation mit Ämtern und Versicherungen

Damit gelingt es dir:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, eine Weiterbildung im Personalbereich ist von Vorteil \- jedoch keine Voraussetzung
  • Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Personaladministration sammeln oder möchtest dich künftig in diesem Bereich weiterentwickeln
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch und bringst gute ösischkenntnisse sowie Freude am Austausch mit unseren französischsprachigen Mandaten mit
  • Du hast Freude an dem, was du tust, bist motiviert und möchtest dich stetig weiterentwickeln
  • Du denkst mit \- auch mal out\-of\-the\-box und hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an deine eigene Arbeit
  • Du bist IT\-affin und findest dich schnell in neuen Systemen zurecht
