Sachbearbeiter Prozessbuchhaltung (m/w/d) ###

Winterthur oder Zürich (Opfikon), 40 - 100%

Das bewegst du:

  • Du betreust dein eigenes Portfolio im Nebenbuch und begleitest digitale Buchhaltungsprozesse
  • Kreditoren- und Debitorenrechnungen sowie Gutschriften verbuchst du termingerecht
  • Du pflegst, stimmst ab und korrigierst Kreditoren- und Debitorenkonten und hältst alle Buchungen sauber nach
  • Kreditorenrechnungen und Mahnungen im digitalen Posteingang (D/F/I) bearbeitest du effizient und lösungsorientiert
  • Du übernimmst die Weiterbelastung von Einzelrechnungen an Mieter
  • Als Ansprechperson für interne und externe Stakeholder beantwortest du buchhalterische Fragen kompetent
  • Du unterstützt und berätst die Immobilienbuchhaltung, Bewirtschaftung und das Center Management in finanziellen Prozessen
  • Dein Reporting sorgt für Transparenz: Du führst eine Pendenzenliste über offene/unbearbeitete Fälle

Deshalb gelingt es dir:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder befindest dich in Ausbildung - idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung oder Buchhaltung
  • Mit MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) kennst du dich sehr gut aus, und idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit Fachapplikationen (z. B. Immo-ERP)
  • Eine exakte, strukturierte und speditive Arbeitsweise mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung zeichnen dich aus
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher in Deutsch, Französisch und/oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil
