Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Bearbeitung von Kreditorenrechnungen und Rechnungsworkflows
  • Durchführung von Zahlläufen und Spesenmanagement
  • Erstellung von Kostenstellenberichten und deren Auswertung
  • Kontoabstimmungen und Schnittstellenbetreuung im Kreditorenbereich
  • Mitwirkung bei Monatsabschlüssen, Budgeterstellung und auf Wunsch Lehrlingsbetreuung

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Praxis in Kreditorenbuchhaltung und Zahlungsverkehr wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Affinität zu Zahlen
  • Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und solide Englischkenntnisse notwendig
