Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Verwaltung und Abstimmung von Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten
  • Bearbeitung von Mahnungen und offenen Posten
  • Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Bearbeitung offener Posten
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten im Finanzbereich
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Geschäftspartnern

Ihr Profil ##

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Rechnungswesen oder Finanzen
  • Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen ist erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse in MS Excel und ERP-Systemen sind notwendig
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
