Zur Verstärkung des Finanzteams sucht unser Kunde, ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen in der Region Frauenfeld, ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung für rund sechs Monate eine:n detailorientierte:n und zuverlässige:n Sachbearbeiter:in 80-100%. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung und Überwachung der Finanz- und Buchhaltungsprozesse und tragen massgeblich zur finanziellen Stabilität des Unternehmens bei.

Ihr Wirkungsfeld beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie übernehmen die selbstständige und korrekte Verbuchung und Verwaltung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle in der Kreditoren- und Debitoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen wirken Sie aktiv mit und bereiten relevante Daten strukturiert vor
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört zudem die Rechnungsprüfung, die Gutschrifterstellung sowie das Mahnwesen, um eine reibungslose Zahlungsabwicklung sicherzustellen
  • Durch regelmässige Kontenabstimmungen und Analysen gewährleisten Sie die korrekte Erfassung aller buchhalterischen Vorgänge und tragen zur Genauigkeit der Finanzdaten bei

  • Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen mit
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung und Rechnungswesen konnten Sie bereits sammeln 
  • Ihre strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie Ihr ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis zählen zu Ihren Stärken
