Für unseren Kunden, ein schweizweit führendes Unternehmen in der Coiffure- und Schönheitsbranche mit über 1'000 Mitarbeitenden, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Sachbearbeiterin oder einen Sachbearbeiter Finanz- und Rechnungswesen 100%. Sie übernehmen die selbstständige Betreuung mehrerer Filialbuchhaltungen und verantworten vielseitige Aufgaben im Finanzbereich. Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Selbstständiges Führen mehrerer Filialbuchhaltungen inklusive Kontoabstimmungen
  • Erstellen von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR
  • Verantworten der Kreditorenbuchhaltung, des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Unterstützen bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben im Rechnungswesen

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie idealerweise eine Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter/in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen sowie fundierte Erfahrung im selbstständigen Erstellen von Abschlüssen nach OR
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung mit Abacus, sowie zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
