Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Grossraum Bern, sind wir auf der Suche nach einem / einer Sachbearbeiter / Sachbearbeiterin Finanz- und Rechnungswesen 80-100% mit einer kommunikativen und aufgestellten Persönlichkeit. Die Stelle soll temporär für rund fünf Monate besetzt werden. Unser Kunde setzt auf seine gut qualifizierten und bestens vernetzten Mitarbeitenden und auf ein offenes Miteinander sowie eine transparente Unternehmenskultur.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie übernehmen die eigenständige Bearbeitung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Die Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen gehört ebenfalls dazu
  • Sie analysieren finanzielle Kennzahlen und erstellen aussagekräftige Berichte für das Management
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse und Unterstützung bei diversen Projekten im Finanzbereich

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Weiterbildungen im Bereich Bilanzbuchhaltung oder Rechnungswesen sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Buchhaltungssoftwares wie SAP sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus und schätzen die Zusammenarbeit im Team
