Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes Unternehmen, das sich für nachhaltige Kältelösungen einsetzt und in verschiedenen Marktsegmenten vertreten ist. Gesucht wird eine/ein Sachbearbeiter/in im Rechnungswesen 60-80 %. Der Arbeitsort im Raum Langenthal / Solothurn ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehört die Betreuung der Nebenbücher, insbesondere der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Sie unterstützen Ihr Team beim Erstellen von Abschlüssen und sind für das Mahnwesen verantwortlich
  • Auch die Unterstützung und Begleitung bei der Digitalisierung im Finanzbereich gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben
  • Darüber hinaus vertreten Sie das administrative Team und unterstützen es bei Fragen zum Finanzbereich

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung und besitzen mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich 
  • Die abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum/ zur Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen ist vom Vorteil
  • Sie arbeiten routiniert mit MS Office sowie mit gängigen ERP-Lösungen 
  • Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung und behalten auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick
