Für eine etablierte schweizerische Gesundheitsorganisation im Basel-Land suchen wir aktuell als Unterstützung eine Person als Sachbearbeiter / Sachbearbeiterin im Rechnungswesen mit Schwerpunkt Debitoren 100%. Der Stellenantritt ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung möglich. Die Stelle ist vorerst auf fünf Monate befristet und wird im Rahmen einer Mutterschaftsvertretung besetzt. Das Unternehmen liegt in Rheinfelden, ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar und verfügt über Parkplätze für Mitarbeitende vor Ort. 

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Die Debitorenbuchhaltung führen Sie korrekt und selbstständig 
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Verbuchungen der Banken sowie die ordnungsgemässe Abwicklung des gesamten Kassenverkehrs
  • Innerhalb des Teams übernehmen Sie Stellvertretungsaufgaben für die Kreditoren- und Hauptbuchhaltungen
  • Gemeinsam mit internen Schnittstellen wirken Sie an der Optimierung von Prozessen und der Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft mit

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Debitorenbereich konnten Sie bereits sammeln, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen
  • Sie bringen ein ausgeprägtes Flair für Zahlen mit, sind belastbar und weisen einen hohen Grad an Zuverlässigkeit vor
  • Die Zusammenarbeit im Team macht Ihnen Spass und Sie bringen sich gerne durch Ihre genaue Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität ein
  • Deutsch sprechen Sie fliessend und verfügen über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
