Sachbearbeiter Service\-Center "Entsorgung" 100% (m/w/d) Die Thommen\-Furler AG ist schweizerischer Marktführer in der Distribution von Basischemikalien, Schmierstoffen, chemischen Spezialitäten und Umwelttechnik sowie der Entsorgung und dem Recycling von Industrie\- und Sonderabfällen. Das Unternehmen steht für einen sorgenfreien, aber nicht sorglosen Umgang mit Chemikalien, Schmierstoffen, Industrie\- und Sonderabfällen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir am Standort in Rüti bei Büren einen Sachbearbeiter Service\-Center "Entsorgung" 100% (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben: Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Sicherstellung der Auftragsabwicklung im ERP\-System Ansprechperson und zentrale Schnittstelle zu externen und internen Stellen (Logistik, Betriebsdisposition, Fakturierung, Leitung Stoffflussmanagement, Labor) Bearbeitung neuer Entsorgungsanfragen und Erstellung von Kundenofferten Betreuung der Kunden bei Rückfragen zur Auftragsabwicklung sowie Verarbeitung von Rückmeldungen und Abweichungen inkl. Dokumentation und Weiterleitung an die zuständigen Fachstellen Verrechnung von Entsorgungsaufträgen inkl. Bearbeitung der zugehörigen Dokumente Allgemeine administrativen Aufgaben im Service\-Center Sie bringen mit: Kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ) mit Interesse oder Erfahrung in der Entsorgungs\- und Recyclingbranche Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice oder Verkaufsinnendienst, idealerweise in einem industriellen Berufsumfeld Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS\-Office\-Palette sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem ERP\-System; Deutsch stilsicher und fliessend in Wort und Schrift, ösisch und Englisch von Vorteil Rasche Auffassungsgabe, Organisationstalent sowie eine zielorientierte, selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise Hohe Dienstleistungs\- und Kundenorientierung sowie Freude am Umgang mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen Wir bieten Ihnen: Ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld in einem sich stetig entwickelnden Unternehmen mit einem aufgestellten und gut eingespielten Team.
