Deine Aufgaben

Eine abwechslungsreiche Teilzeitfunktion (60%) mit Verantwortung, spannenden Einblicken in die Welt der Pensionskassen sowie ein kollegiales Umfeld, in dem Zusammenarbeit und gegenseitige Unterstützung selbstverständlich sind.

  • Bearbeitung sämtlicher Geschäftsfälle der Pensionskasse, insbesondere Ein\- und Austritte sowie Pensionierungen
  • Bearbeitung und Verbuchung von Bank\- und Buchungsbelegen
  • Abstimmung der PK\-Buchhaltung mit HR, Finanzbuchhaltung und technischer Verwaltung
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Rentenauszahlungen
  • Koordination mit Rückversicherung und technischer Verwaltung
  • Mitarbeit beim Jahresabschluss der Pensionskasse
  • Auskunftserteilung an Destinatäre
  • Anmeldung von Erwerbsunfähigkeiten beim Rückversicherer
  • Verarbeitung von IV\-Rentenentscheiden
  • Erstellung von Statistiken und Auswertungen rund um die Pensionskasse
  • Verwaltung der Ferienwohnung der Pensionskasse

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in Buchhaltung, HR oder Sozialversicherungen
  • Weiterbildungen im Bereich BVG, HR oder Sozialversicherungen von Vorteil
  • Deutsch Muttersprache, ösisch\- und Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Pensionskassen\- und Sozialversicherungsthemen
  • Exakte, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Zahlenflair und Freude an administrativen Aufgaben
  • Teamplayer mit Dienstleistungsorientierung, der auch in anspruchsvollen Phasen den Überblick behält
