Hauptaufgaben

Pannenhilfe, Abschleppdienst, Ersatzfahrzeug: Die Technische Assistance kümmert sich um Fahrzeug\- und andere Sachschäden. Dabei sorgen wir dafür, dass der Ärger so klein wie möglich bleibt. Als Ansprechpartner für Versicherte in der Schweiz koordinieren wir in verschiedenen Sprachen die Hilfe vor Ort und die Weiterreise. So erstellen wir darüber hinaus Versicherungsnachweise für Fahrzeuge, nehmen Schadensmeldungen entgegen ( bei Stürmen, Hagel oder Überschwemmungen) oder organisieren den Rücktransport eines Fahrzeugs und das Kostenmanagement.   • Du nimmst Notfälle entgegen, organisierst Hilfeleistungen im Ausland und unterstützt bei der Organisation von Transporten.
  • Du stellst den Informationsfluss sicher, indem du proaktiv mit Kunden, deren Angehörigen, Leistungserbringern und Geschäftspartnern im In\- und Ausland in Kontakt bist.
  • Mit den im Fall involvierten internen \& externen Ansprechpartnern arbeitest du eng zusammen.
  • Für unser spannendes Auftraggeberspektrum bearbeitest du Kundenanliegen und findest Lösungen für sie.
  • Du profitierst von flexiblen Arbeitszeiten mit unterschiedlichen Schichten werktags wie auch an Wochenenden.

Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente

* In dieser Tätigkeit sind Sprachkenntnisse zentral. Daher kommunizierst mündlich wie schriftlich verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch. Italienisch oder weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil. * Du hast eine gewinnende, offene Art und herausragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre oder Maturität und besitzt kaufmännische Erfahrung. * Du bist ein Organisationstalent und findest stets Lösungen auf unterschiedliche Herausforderungen. * Du bist technisch versiert und kannst dich in kurzer Zeit in den verschiedenen IT\-Systemen ohne Probleme einarbeiten. Du bist sicher in der Anwendung von Office.
