Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen von der Erfassung bis zur Auslieferung
  • Erstellung von Lieferscheinen, Rechnungen, Versand- und Analysedokumenten
  • Organisation und Koordination von Transporten sowie Auswahl der passenden Speditionen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung aller Stammdaten (Artikel, Preise, Kunden) im ERP-System
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Lieferantenbestellungen
  • Überwachung der Lagerbestände, Auslösung von Nachbestellungen und Unterstützung bei Inventuren
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Technik, Vertrieb und Logistik zur reibungslosen Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen und Qualitätssicherung aller administrativen Abläufe
  • Unterstützung bei Importprozessen inklusive Zollabwicklung und Transportkoordination
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Offerten sowie Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Mitarbeit bei Marketingaufgaben, Pflege der Firmenwebsite und Koordination von Werbemassnahmen
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben und Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in Auftragsbearbeitung, Administration oder Logistik
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und ERP-Systemen 
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse DE + FR
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Proaktive, kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
