Für unsere Kundin, ein international tätiges Unternehmen im technischen Umfeld, suchen wir eine kommunikationsstarke und flexible Persönlichkeit, die Freude an Kundenbetreuung, Auftragsabwicklung und vielseitigen administrativen Aufgaben mitbringt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beraten und Betreuen von Kunden in D/F per Telefon und Mail
  • Bearbeiten und Koordinieren des gesamten Auftragswesens
  • Erstellen und Verwalten verschiedener Vertragsunterlagen
  • Abwickeln und Verrechnen von Garantie- und Serviceleistungen
  • Koordinieren von Miet-, Leih- und Testgeräten
  • Überwachen und Nachverfolgen offener Aufträge und Termine
  • Organisieren und Avisieren von Auslieferungen und Transporten
  • Bearbeiten administrativer und buchhalterischer Aufgaben
  • Koordinieren der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen
  • Betreuen und Begleiten einer lernenden Person

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufm. Grundausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Verkauf, Auftragsabwicklung und Kundenbetreuung 
  • Sehr gute MS-Office- sowie gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, engagierte, organisations- und koordinationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit technischem Flair
  • Selbstständige und speditive Arbeitsweise mit hoher Leistungsbereitschaft und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung und bleiben auch in hektischen Situationen ruhig
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher (C2) / Französisch: Sehr gute Kenntnisse (B2-C1) / Englisch: Kenntnisse von Vorteil (B1)
