Die Position verbindet die Betreuung und Koordination von Serviceanfragen mit der Planung von Einsätzen, Reisen und verschiedenen administrativen Tätigkeiten. Es erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet in einem professionellen Umfeld, in dem Sie Ihre organisatorischen Fähigkeiten, Ihr technisches Verständnis und Ihre Sprachkenntnisse vielseitig einsetzen können.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Ansprechperson für Kunden bei technischen Serviceanfragen und Sicherstellung einer professionellen Anliegenbearbeitung
  • Planung, Koordination und administrative Abwicklung von Serviceaufträgen im ERP-System
  • Terminliche Abstimmung und Organisation von Einsätzen unserer Aussendienstmitarbeitenden inklusive Reiseplanung
  • Übernahme verschiedener organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben im Kundendienst sowie Unterstützung der Telefonzentrale
  • Betreuung, Begleitung und fachliche Unterstützung von kaufmännischen Lernenden während ihrer Ausbildung im Kundendienst

Ihr Profil ##

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie praktische Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Funktion
  • Versierter Umgang mit ERP-Anwendungen und Freude an administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse in Französisch und Englisch
  • Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen und Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Kundinnen und Kunden
