Mit unserem Team von 25 Mitarbeitenden bieten wir unseren Schweizer Kunden sämtliche Dienstleistungen aus einer Hand an: Vom Verkauf von Neu- und Gebrauchtfahrzeugen, der Vermietung von Trailern, diversen Werkstattdienstleistungen (Aufbereitung Neufahrzeuge, Reparaturen, Kühlgeräteservice etc. ), den Verkauf von Original Ersatzteilen bis hin zur Pannenhilfe rund um die Uhr.

Your duties - Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen von der Angebotserstellung über die Terminplanung und Auslieferungskoordination bis zur Fakturierung - Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden in Deutsch (Englisch & Französisch von Vorteil) - Technische Abklärungen von Fahrzeugkonfigurationen, Ausstattungen und Ersatzteilen sowie deren Umsetzung im ERP-System (SAP ECC) - Pflege und Verwaltung von Kunden-, Fahrzeug- und Artikelstammdaten - Aktive Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Lieferwerken und Konzernstandorten - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem kaufmännischen Leiter zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Order-to-Cash-Prozesse - Unterstützung bei der Planung und Koordination von Fahrzeugauslieferungen sowie kundenspezifischen Lösungen - Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch eine zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Auftragsabwicklung

Your profile -Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung in der Nutzfahrzeug-, Auflieger-, Fahrzeugbau- oder Transportbranche - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren kundenorientierten Funktion - Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Fahrzeugen, Aufliegern und individuellen Kundenlösungen - Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise SAP ECC) sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (gute Englischkenntnisse und Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus) - Selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise - Kommunikationsstarke, dienstleistungsorientierte und kundenfokussierte Persönlichkeit - Hohe Eigeninitiative
