Für die Region Sursee / Sempachersee suchen wir einen Sachbearbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst 80-100% (m/w/d) Kommunikation ist deine Stärke? Kundenservice deine Leidenschaft? Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine engagierte, dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als Sachbearbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst. In dieser abwechslungsreichen Funktion bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kundschaft, Aussendienst und internen Fachbereichen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft.  

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erste Ansprechperson für die Kunden und das Aussendienstteam
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Steuerung des Retourenprozesses
  • Ganzheitliche Auftragsabwicklung von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Produktstammdaten
  • Koordination mit externen Partnern wie Logistikdienstleistern
  • Unterstützung des Backoffice-Teams in verschiedenen Regionen
  • Mitarbeit bei spannenden Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit und eines erstklassigen Services

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Kundendienst oder einer ähnlichen Funktion von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office; Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen und SAP ist ein Plus
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Vernetztes Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, pragmatische und nachhaltige Lösungen zu finden
  • Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative und hoher Einsatzbereitschaft
