Die Abteilung [Klima- und Umweltphysik](https://www.climate.unibe.ch/index_ger.html) gehört zum Physikalischen Institut. Unser Ziel: die Prozesse des Erdsystems von Jahreszeiten bis zu Millionen von Jahren zu verstehen.

Unser Angebot

Per 1. Januar 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir ein neues Teammitglied für unser Sekretariat. Die Teilzeitstelle empfiehlt sich insbesondere für jüngere Personen, die die Berufsmaturität BM 2 klassisch (berufsbegleitend während zwei Jahren) absolvieren oder berufsbegleitend eine fachspezifische Zusatzqualifikation (z.B. Fachhochschule) anstreben. Die Stelle ist zunächst auf zwei Jahre befristet. Eine Verlängerung ist bei Eignung angestrebt.

  • Finanzadministration
  • Personaladministration
  • Unterhalt der Datenbanken (Personen, Projekte, etc.)
  • Allgemeine Administrationsarbeiten
  • Organisation von Veranstaltungen im Forschungs- und Bildungsbereich

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung in einem Lehrbetrieb
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse: gesamte Office Palette, Zeiterfassungssystem, Filemaker o.ä.
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe, vernetztes Denken, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit
