Für unseren Kunden, ein Unternehmen der Gesundheitsbranche, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Sachbearbeiter:in Finanzen 60-80%. Die Organisation legt grossen Wert auf Verlässlichkeit, Sorgfalt und einen respektvollen Umgang auf Augenhöhe. Es erwarten Sie flexible Rahmenbedingungen sowie eine gezielte Förderung Ihrer Weiterentwicklung. Die Funktion bietet ein spannendes und vielseitiges Aufgabenfeld in einem unterstützenden Teamumfeld. Der Arbeitsort liegt im Grossraum Bern und ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bequem erreichbar.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie führen eigenständig die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung, inklusive Mahnwesen und Zahlungsverkehr, und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der finanziellen Prozesse
  • Mit Ihrer präzisen Arbeitsweise erstellen Sie Auswertungen und unterstützen aktiv bei den Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Sie prüfen, verbuchen und verwalten Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen und übernehmen die Kassenführung mit hoher Sorgfalt
  • Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie diverse administrative Tätigkeiten 

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung, eine Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen ist von Vorteil
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Administrationsbereich ergänzen Ihren beruflichen Hintergrund
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse setzen wir voraus, Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Persönlich überzeugen Sie mit Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit sowie einer selbstständigen und organisierten Arbeitsweise
