Für unseren Kunden, eine grosse und renommierte Krankenkasse im Raum Zürich, suchen wir nach Vereinbarung motivierte Sachbearbeiter/innen im Bereich Leistungen ambulant. Du bringst bereits Erfahrung im Leistungsmanagement bei einer Krankenkasse mit? Ideal.  Du hast zwar noch keine Erfahrung bei einem Krankenversicherer sammeln können, bringst aber eine medizinische Grundausbildung mit und suchst nach einer neuen Herausforderung im kaufmännischen Bereich, bei welcher du deine Erfahrungen aus dem Gesundheitsweisen einbringen kannst? Auch dann sollten wir uns kennenlernen. Aufgaben Bearbeitung von Rechnungen in allen ambulanten Bereichen (Tardoc Rechnungen, Apothekenrechnungen, Hilfsmittel etc.) Prüfung von Rechnungen nach rechtlichen, medizinischen und versicherungstechnischen Vorgaben (KVG und VVG) Prüfung von ambulanten Gesuchen zur Kostengutsprache Erstellen von Korrespondenz nach Vorlage wie auch selbständig Telefonischer Kontakt mit Spitälern, Apotheken und Ärzten Ansprechperson für Anfragen von Versicherten, Leistungserbringern und Behörden Qualifikationen Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung im paramedizinischen Bereich (z.B. als MPA, Fachfrau Apotheke, Dentalassistentin) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, welche du mit medizinischem Grundwissen ergänzt hast Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrung bei einer Krankenkasse sammeln, von Vorteil im Leistungsmanagement Neben einem freundlichen Auftreten bringst du eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung mit und überzeugst mit einer genauen und effizienten Arbeitsweise Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit, Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil Das erwartet dich bei unserem Kunden: Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen bei einem bekannten Arbeitgeber Moderne Arbeitsumgebung Flexible Arbeitszeiten Home-Office Möglichkeit (3 Tage bei 100%)   Du bist interessiert?
